Auto Patch python3 for CVE-2026-0865, CVE-2025-12084.

Retriggered one part of full build as apparmor was failing which was an intermittent failure previously as well.

Buddy build is successful. apparmor package passed after re-run though some other package failed which is known failure, other than that, full build is successful. Patches are applied manually but diffs are same. LGTM.
